Micaela Maria Zucchelli is research fellow and adjunct professor at the Department of Psychology at the University of Bologna (Bologna, Italy). She is member of the Space and Virtual Reality lab and of the Forensic Lab at the University of Bologna.
Her research interests are focused on the influence of some personality traits/spatial cognitive styles on the ability to perform navigational tasks, on driving behaviours and during online navigation in the web, with the use of different instruments such as virtual reality, psychophysiological indices (skin conductance, respiratory rate) and registration of eye movements. Another research topic concerns the relevance of environment in helping the retrieval of memories in witness interview.
